Flea Control
Fleas enter our homes usually on pets. Treating your pets with a spot-on treatment regularly and vacuuming is usually enough to control fleas within the home. However, they can be tricky to get rid of without professional treatment once an infestation has taken hold.
Flea cocoons can lie dormant for 2 years, so even without pets it is possible to develop a problem either from previous occupiers of your home or from soft furnishings like a sofa or a carpet or even from Humans!

Signs of Flea Infestation
- Flea bites on humans (usually small, itchy red spots) particularly around the ankles.
- Sightings (fleas are very small but can sometimes be seen jumping on and off a host)
- Pets scratching more than usual
- 'Flea Dirt' present on your pet or furnishings (droppings similar in appearance to ground black pepper)
